I don't quite understand yet how the multi-continent play works but there seems to be a problem. I attacked Draco the other day and everything worked as normal. However, when the battle was conceded to me because of no response from Draco nothing actually happened. I'm not sure if it might have something to do with having attacked Impact Zone without already owning a territory although if that were the case it probably wouldn't have let me attack in the first place.

Nope, you don't need a territory to attack someone. I mean, they are available, so you should get one if they are there. I mean, they don't count for your act of the day or anything. All conquering one does is secure a spot on the ladder and give you more recruitin' options, so why not?
Good on you for finding this. * gives Michael a virtual Cookie * Wonky thing is that you still had troops allotted for Rhado; that means something really bad happened, so bad that your troops were not freed up!
From all my testing, non-land owners could get land just find. Maybe something is buggered in the time-out code. That is always a source of problems. Why can't people just have dignity and lose the way they are supposed to?
UPDATE: Well this was hilarious. All of the code was there for auto-retreating. Oh yeah, except for actually opening and saving the ladder file Yeah, that is sorta important.

Similar issue. Except that an actual battle took place and I won, and that it's on Grevja.
I recently defeated Lugiatrainer for control of Grevja's Scar. But that land is somehow still Lugiatrainer's.

The problem, you ask? Forgetting to raise a flag which says "Hey youse, save the ladder already!" Updating the ladder data means very little if it isn't stored in any permanent fashion "Men like asian chicks because they are female." ~ Yahoo! Answers: All the tough questions!
