Just wondering about the uses of bottle, care for some deeper explaining man o' mint? oh and I believe the faq entry has a typo (in this case a missing n)
Ho! Ho! Ho! to the gameboy I go
To heal my heart and drown my woe.
Rain may fall and wind may gale,
But my battery is yet to fail.
So in a dank corner I will lie,
And watch the hours go sailing by.
And while I lie in this nintendo-induced trance,
I decide I'll give Pokemon Crystal a chance.

I can understand why this would be confusing, especially since I do not believe anyone (other than myself) has even bothered to learn these sorta tokens before. I just have a thing whenever I make a new RPG battle systems that mandates certain class abilities -- summoning and alchemy being chief among them. I hate it when they are just relegated to alternate forms of the same ol' magic.
I didn't see what you meant by a missing 'n' (although I found an additional "an") in the Bottle entry, but it does leave a big as to why one would want to Bottle a tech. I mean, you have to use a technique so that you can later use a technique Why not just use the technique without having to uncork it?
Well, right there is one of the reasons why; what if you aren't supposed to use it? Bottling allows a tech of yours to be given to anyone else for a single use. Many token effects, liking curing and defense, can target an ally anyway, but things such as Bios or even just causing and healing at the same time cannot be given to friends.
Then, there is the entire (and primary) concern of the Bottle -- delayed usage. The tech only counts as being used (in all ways other than the actual effect, that is) when it is stored up. Thus, any timing and usage penalty occur only then. After this, you're scotch-free. Maybe you were waiting for some effect to go away, or maybe you were just waiting to unleash a constant barrage of really big attacks all in a row. Whatever it is, Bottles can do it.
Is it the most useful of tokens? Should it be put inside of every technique? No, but then, no token should be. It does fill a niche, though, and fill a whole corner of RP classdom. And that's why it's there. * in celebration of the non-alcoholic drink type of bottle, stores up an AlcoholicDrink *

Hmmm, interesting... I doubt I will use it now, maybe unless the right circumstances suddenly appear...
