I.... I think he means a Ruby/Sapphire edition of the R.E. League.
Perhaps you are not aware as to the difficulty that goes into making a Pokemon game on-line. People think it doesn't involve any more than putting the new Pokemon into it (hence people asking me "When are you going to get the new Pokemon in the REL?" instead of "When are you going to make the next edition?").
Well, it takes more -- a lot more. There are formulae and complexities that you people take for granted that I have to program into each game. Gold/Silver relatively copied most of the stuff from Red/Blue, but Ruby and Sapphire have done almost a complete overhaul to the previous formulae. It usually takes about a full solid year for all the nerds on-line to decipher all of the new algorithms and whatnot.
So instead of asking about the thing before it even comes out, try a year after it does.

One cool way you could do it is get some cardboard, scissors, and lots of colour crayons, and make your own 3D pokemon, then maybe get little razor blades and give them claws, so they can ACTUALLY DESTROY each other.
See, programing 3D is easy peasy!
