I was wondering how pokemon such as Porygon,Poliwhirl,and Slowpoke will evolve into their new link trade evolutions. I myself have a Porygon and I know that the Linkstone doesn't evolve it. How then do such pokemon evolve then? Also,will a feature be developed for the league that allows them to breed with each other? Such a program is necessary not for the ability to hatch new pokemon such as Pichu,but for the fact that most pokemon can learn new attacks that they normally would never learn by level or TM. Tyrouge can learn some of his evolved forms techniques as egg moves such as Mind Reader,Hi Jump Kick,Rapid Spin,and Mach Punch! Such abilities can allow you to have your favorite Tyrouge evolution and still have the attacks of the other evolutions! Ever had problems fighting ghost pokemon if you are forced to use a pokemon with no special attacks such as a normal or fighting type? The only way to hit a ghost with such attacks is to use Foresight and only six pokemon (Hoothoot,Noctowl,Machop,Machoke,Machamp,and Hitmonlee) can even learn it! Some pokemon however,like Pidgey,can learn the attack by breeding! Such things are very important,and I was wondering when such things would be revealed to us.~Silver

Yes, I am planning on adding all of those things.
Of course your Porygon isn't evolving. It needs to be holding the Upgrade in order to evolve. How does a Pokemon hold an item, you might ask? It can't. Well, it can't just yet at least. I'll be adding the items soon.
As for breeding, of course I'll be adding that. That is one of the biggest things in the new Pokemon game, not so much for the attacks, but for any true PokeGeek, it is the easiest way to get a Pokemon with just the stats you want through hours and hours of painstaking genetic Ditto manipulation. Yes, I shall be adding a GS and an RBY form of breeding (the RBY version much later and sans baby Pokemon and breedable attacks; only TM attacks will be bred).
Just as with the original R.E. League and all the time it took for the shops to come out, so to will the GS R.E. League take a while to get all of its features up.

Ahem... MintMan... from the way it sounds like you're planning it, shouldn't the Poliwrath 'Mind Fissure' moveset not be available?
As far as I know a GSC originating Poliwrath can't get Fissure, since it's one of the RBY exclusive TMs.

Of course that moveset will be available. Why wouldn't it be? There will be Time Machining.
But the Poliripper is a near worthless moveset. Any intelligent person would instinctively bring out a flying type when Poli first rears its non-existant head. The best it can do is Ice Beam or Blizzard counteractively, but with its low, low Special Attack and lack of STAB on such attacks, they would do little damage, especially against such popular flying types as Zapdos or Skarmory.
That's why I refrain from using Poliripper. I like to rely on Amnesia/Counter, especially against Skarmory. One Drill Peck and BAM! Skarm is dead. Booyah!
