The place where the mirrors are, I figured out the numbers, but then after, there is nothing! Do I have to find something, or something?  Has anyone gotten anything from the mirrors yet? I'm confused! :\

You need something -- plain and simple.
What it is I cannot say; you must figure it out on your own. There are hints and clues and other leanings as to what is needed located throughout the walkaround.

I found Moltres, and caught it. I also found Zapdos, but I accidently killed it. Is there anyway for me to encounter Zapdos again?

Legendaries are a one-shot thing. Sorry.
I was thinkin' about making a secret in the R.E. League for, long after I actually complete the plot for Land Across the Sea, remeeting the Legendary Birds or one of them or something. It would be hard to program, but it might be neat.

Land Across the Sea = R.E. League Red/Blue/Yellow version (current)
Legend of the Gilded Jewel = R.E. League Gold/Silver/Crystal version (upcoming)
... I can't remember what the Advanced version is supposed to be called. I have it written down someplace (hopefully). I don't think much was mentioned in this rendition of the REL about Maelstrom Island being the land across the sea, but it will very much be a central focus once I redo it all.
