Yeah, life to the END! Update... not really! Well, when I get Hrim' all nicely settled, I am going to try to jam out some more avatars real quick. I just do not want to do much of anything until I give a g'd ol' smack to the Dream Journal.
I could always release the Dream Builder, but without creation restrictions like the RE League, I would get people making ninety-page worlds when all I have is a puzzle-per-big-dreamer, and I can guarantee you that half the stuff they do will not make sense with theh story line. Bah!

Creation restrictions? What do you have some sort of mind-control working thru this site that keeps us from making too many pages in our gyms? Or are you able to hack into our websites and simply delete our gyms if they attempt to surpass your own!?
Just kidding ;), but in all seriousness, how do you restrict how far our stuff goes. Aside from visiting our sites and telling us when we have?
It's too big a world to be in competition with everyone. The only person who I have to be better than is myself. And in your case, that's enough.

In REL, you were limited on the number of battles you could make. That's probably what he's talkin' about.
I imagine he would limit the number of puzzles that you could make for END.

So, wait, the dream builder would be something akin to owning a gym in REL? I just assumed that it would be set up the same way you have it now - one puzzle per dreamer, with each own individual setup with a high score board, and probably something like the change trick shots or change alignment puzzles for changing it (as that would clear your HS). Probably not even a separate HS board for each puzzle, though that'd be nice. Actually, I don't see why you *wouldn't* put one up. But meeh...
I suppose I was thinking something like the level builder from the original lode runner game for PC by Sierra. That was a game that would be interesting to have something like this where everyone could have their own personal levels and have time trials and stuff...

Well, all you are wrong, 'cept for Ice, who was only partially wrong
In the REL, you need to earn the right to become a gym leader. Everything is done through the RE League as well.
In END, everything is done through one script save the high score board. To use the Dream Builder, you just need to be able to manipulate HTML fragments; if you know JavaScript, you can also use that to create some wack stuff. Since none of this information is stored on Reality's End, if you have the space for it on your personal web site, you can make it. REL, you could have pages, but they did not necessarily have anything to do with the actual coded portions of the RE League, just story. For END, if you can dream it, you can do it.
It is in fact the high scores which are not really right. I mean, I did not even think of setting up high score boards for player dreamers. That would be a good way to distribute them, tho'. Personally, I was just going to have a HSB script in the Dream Builder so that those with CGI could just stick it on their own site for any puzzle they want a high score for. Since these puzzles are owned by others, any official-ness really wanes. I mean, puzzles on RE are static, but off-site puzzles can change, thus inferiorating all previous scores. I would have to make a Wipe Score Board function for Big Dreamers just to keep things in line.
All there is for Big Dreamer's Puzzles -- like any other aspect of END, be it art, avatars, or stories -- is an area you can submit your site into to be listed as an Official END Zone. There are three parts: a waiting list, an official list, and a Gale's Favorites List. Anything submitted gets put to the waiting. Anything that does not try to re-write END history like so many REL Gyms tried to do (The RE League was founded in 1904 AD? WTF mates? I did not know a huge honkin' meteor hit and mutated the world only scant centuries before then!) or any other gross offenses (like making Dreamers not of their own making doing things without permission) get moved to the official list. Since quite literally anything can make it to the official list, a favorites list will be maintained to say "Hey, these guys are actually good!"

As a fake attempt at keeping the spirit of END alive, I've been working on dreamer images. They may or may not be put up to be used as stock dreamer pics, I dun know. The Mad Dreamer finally rests in my profile (after months of not being uploaded) and I've recently been working and completed Girth and Wisp. Cinnamon Girl is still in the works, and further behind is Marathon, Calamarie, and Megaton/Ever. I would make more, but that's pretty much the extent of my ideas.
I'd be open to suggestions, tho', assuming the attempts do not cause you to retch in terror.
