I have tried. And tried. And tried again. To get the sidebar of my site to work. I'm pretty good at HTML but this is crazy. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions/codes I could use??--Ice

Depends on what you are trying to do.
Are you trying to get SSI on your site or not? That code in and of itself is a bit of trouble.
In either case, the easiest way to get a non-frame sidebar on your site is to use an all-encompassing invisible table.
Right after your body tag, put a little something like this:
That should just about do it. Replace the respective width values with a sidebar-appropriate width and a page width to finish up the size of the screen.

Wow, someone else who uses WMConnect...What a small world...My Mom works there, grabbed a free disc. It seems WM is really spreading out...wish they sold DSL, lol. As for your sidebar problems...What Kero said.
(Yes, this post was spam, except to comment about my surprise on seeing someone else who uses WMconnect.)
Edit: I used to use tables, was supposed to insert an SSI into the left bar of the table instead of frames, had code and everything, never set it up. Yes, I'm lazy.
P.S. - WMConnect is Wal-Mart Connect, by CompuServe or SouthWestern Bell, depending on what you get. In case anyone is curious.- Cheetarius Gryffith, Saphire Leader

Wal-Mart = Tool of Devil
There is so much screwed up with them.
Anyway, that post wasn't really spam. You people think too much to be spam. Anything of moderate use isn't spam. It fit into something that was part of this topic, namely Ice Persian. Spam is detached, incoherent babble that has no place in a particular forum, post, or anywhere on our planet.
And technically, if you weren't lazy, you'd put up the SSI because it would save you time in the long run.
