Nah, just kidding. So, on a scale of one to Grinch, how sullen and misanthropic were we all today? Personally, I like to think I took care of all that stuff earlier, before my birthday. Now the chocolates are all mine.

That does sound like an idea. Get a girl, break up with her before V-Day, and then keep the chocolates "meant for her" to yourself.
... Man, that smacks of so much selfishness, it really explains a lot about my life. Or lack of one.
I'm in the boat of "bah, humbug" to this day, too. Always have been, and always will be is a safe wager.

Y'know, I was just very shocked to see that I couldn't find the Singles Awareness Day topic on Reality's End. Did that happen someplace else and I simply believed it to be here? Huh...
Musta been, which sucks, 'cause I coulda brought it up in here to actually make such a topic exist in more than just my own little mind.
I wonder if it should be at all alarming that the old guard of Reality's End is expected to be a bunch of pathetic loners, and here some relative new blood like DragKirb is falling into the same pattern.
Reality's End? The internet in general? Or those stupid restraining orders that keep getting slapped against me? Stupid courts. I have to get within fifty feet of them! How else am I supposed to know she's legal?... and thus not subject to the restraining order?
Wait, where was I going with this?

I wouldn't call it falling into the same pattern, precisely...I just like fitting in.

I don't think that is exactly how it works. Now, if said arrows were to strike a nearby lady-type, I assume that she would burst into flames than suffer the worse fate with the close-proximitized goblinoid.
That hypothetical situation doesn't matter, tho'. I mean, why would a woman be near Gobbo in the first place?
Maybe she can't run all that fast...

That deserves a maximum hrhr!
It was planned all along, I must say, since way back when it was rolled out as "Yeah, that will lead to a unpredictable moment of comic grandeur."
And, certainly, I wasn't just drunkenly thinking so. Drunk on love!
Wait, no, that's a V not an N. I had it upside down.
Since I'm drunk.

You know what sucks? I just got back from the groceries trying to get discount candy and the only good thing there was A chocolate marshmellow heart and some of those lovely candy hearts that say stuff.
I only bought the marshmellow heart because getting the chalkers and eating them solo is behavior that I will not allow of myself.
Happily, I have someone that the whole Valentine's Day with. *Looks into the mirror.* Who's pretty? You are! That's right, narcissistically gorgeous being you! Wait, what do you mean you're more handsome than I? *breaks the mirror* Who's prettier now, punk? Huh, who's the loveliest of all now?... Stop staring at me with all those eyes!
On second thought, I think I'll save that chocolate marshmellow heart for tomorrow.

On that note, I got a question for everyone on MMORPG etiquette:
Is it ok to have different characters on your account married to different people?* class changes to Diaboligist for possibly saying something sacreligious * I mean, is that like having an affair?
While we're on that topic, how long should I wait to see my spouse(is it a girl IRL?) online again before I take off the ring slot equip for something that is actually useful since they are never on? Is it ok that I've warped to private places to talk other gamers?
Before you ask, no: I don't take these MMORPG "relationships" seriously, it's just that the last thing I need is someone who turns out to be a 12yo boy pestering me and KSing because I divorced her/his arse after not seeing him for two years.

I would find the closest high place and length of rope, 'cause anyone who puts so much thought or effort into a fake relationship only has a fake real life.
And comin' from me, that's sayin' somethin' horrible~!

Heeeey, the only reason I got married online was because I was really bored a few summers ago. I haven't taken off the ring equip majorly due to sloth and the fact that the better equip really wouldn't make much difference considering my lvl.
'Sides I learned an important lesson: friends with benefits (ya know, like sharing loot) on MMORPGs are SO much better than Marriages on MMORPGs.
I wonder if that's true in real life... *common sense is tingling, telling me to not get married just to test thesis*

You guys are all lame. On the 14th, meh valentine and I took a train up to the casino. Soaring Eagle anyone? I won a whole crap load of money, but zombies ate it. I spent the rest of the day hunting the undead out of angry venegence. Shoot from the hip, and aim for the head!
Natural selection saw to it that professional heroes who at a crucial moment tended to ask themselves questions like "What is my purpose in life?" very quickly lacked both.
