Stuff on Nidhogg? It is mentioned like twice in all Norse prose! Once at the end of the world, and once for dwelling in Hel.
The Prose is cool, but I like the Poetry more. It actually has stories to it. Do not worry; it is epic poety, not that fairy stuff. It is like Beowulf. Go Beowulf!
I recommend anything with Loki in it, and he is in a lot. Loki rules.
If you can find anything on Sigurd/Seigfried in the Volsunga Saga, by all means read it. That is where Gudrun's Incitement 18 comes from, ya know. Good ol' Gudrun killin' all those people.
"I've known so much evil" - Gudrun's Incitement, stanza 18

Actually, the first thing I really saw was on nidhug, then I read other bits and stuff, I like the idea how it carries dead carcuses off the battefeild and turns them into undead That needs to be used in BDRPG, making monsters return to life for a little bit of time to do your own damagge This is Frenzal Rhomb Link, cause they are the besterest band ever.

You must be reading some messed up mojo -- are you even reading a translated Edda? If not, trust not its words.
Unlike other mythologies, Norse has a definant source. Only one person ever bothered to write it down, and Snorri Sturluson did it in two books, the Prose and Poetic Eddas, both of which I have read direct translations of (and sometimes not directly translated, making it much harder to understand).
Nidhogg/Nidhug/Nithhoggr carried corpses but once in its life, and that was after the battle of Ragnarök. He led the army of Hel into the final fray, but did not resurrect corpses. He brought the freshly fallen back to Nifleheim and all after the battle was said and done, but after that, the corpses remained in Hel during the new world order.
The dead people did get up and fight again. They did it all the time in Valhalla. After tearing each other to shreds, they would put themselves back whole. This process has nothing to do with the Envy Dragon, in the golden shield-hall or the extinction of powers.
That book is mixing two different times -- before and after the battle. You gotta watch for what you read. If you are not careful, you get Nidafells' Dragons, Hrimfaxi moons, and Mogni son of Thor slaying Nidhogg who was supposed to live past all others.
