Whooo! Go LE. Yesterday after I read the Fallen post, I looked at your account to see that you only needed eleven hits to get up. Didn't take long, did it?
You have teh confusing-or attack! Use it much, 'cuz Gobbo is planning on changing Kamaitachi for a third time. Fight that Fallen and haves it Impale itself on its own horn!
Wait, why am I hating on Fallen? Go Fallen! Um, your owner is hot! Yeah, that's it...

That's true. But no, you had to go and level in the time it takes me to complete one simple task over a growing five months span of time and... oh, wait...
But, yeah, I was suppose to have all done and unsaid that way you'd be like "Woo-hoo! I form-changed (is there a better/more official term for that, anyways?) and - what the? NOOO!" and I'd be all like "Wow, free chicken" and thus gain much weight.
Of course the real blame goes to 6G, who, if he was not incompotent and didn't challenge you for the overwhelming advantage the weasel has over the serpent, gave you the XP to lev up in the first place!
So, kiddies, the moral of the story is: Gobbo like his booze! Now, if you excuse me, I have a pile o' deep fried poultry to level. Achem achem achem...

Anywho, Whirlwind's bases are rather easy to find. Look at what it says for it:
Confusion Spell
Magic Attack
Well, Confusion is a status condition, and according to the FAQ, that is based on Arcane. Magical damage, too, is based on Arcane. However, since it is an attack, it has a hit chance like anything other attack with is Strike based. Easy, no?
