First of all, I disapeared from the battle board even though I am not in a fight, does that mean I should repost myself or will I appear later?
Also during a battle I am constantly getting "So and so was scratched by the attack" Does that mean that my attacks are doing less than average damage or does that just mean that they aren't doing very much damage?

Wee! I can answer both!
First, after being on the board for so long (ie, the limit of the board is reached and the oldest applicant gets kicked off), you must eventually repost. So, in short, yes. Repost.
Second, that "scratched by" thing is a new system inplemented by Ems. You see, based on the percentage of the enemy's maximum life taken in an attack, it produces a different message. When you take a small percentage of their life, it will say "scratches," but when its a higher percentage, you'll get something like "maims" or "demolishes" or of the like. 'Kay?Lair of Mad Goblin - Home Lost Soul, a far from average Pocket Monster Fanatic Fiction, and my personal brand of home grown insanity...
Not Quite Heroes - On-line comic that's everything but normal. Everything from diabolical meat by-products to men comprised of mayo jar...

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I'm particularly fond of seeing that my opponant has been "lethally injured" or "mortally wounded" while Fallen is merely "hit by the spell".
Heh, all Hrimfaxis and Kamatachis will learn to fear me... then as I'm on my high post, some passing Nidhogg will ShadowBurn/Blast me and take over from there. Ah, the short life of greatness.
Gryphon. Heh heh. Oh, that's funny. I don't think Kays has announced it publicly yet, but the Gryphon is as dead as an ant beneath a fat guy's butt (assuming its not in the crack). The person proved to be... how do we say... incompotent. Thus, they were slowly widdled down 'til they cared no more about it.
Hm, how are we suppose to be about that?

Nyat fair! I haven't evaded a single attack, for crying out loud! At 61+ agility, that's impossible in SIX turns! MintMan...why did you have to remove the miss system?
But how do you post the smiley faces up? LieutenantEagle

Ah man, poor Gryph. Looks like the Monoceros reigns supreme for a little while longer (at least until someone's Tazelwurm actually gains a few levels). Well, this means that we get the supreme artistry skills of you or KeroMint on the Gryph project, MG.
It's not all about speed and evasion, LE. It's also about scoring crit's and lethal wounds while your agility's up in the high 60's, and I'm not sure a Kamai's strength can compete with a Monoceros's, at least in these lower levels (wait till you get Whirlwind and get to confuse everyone...).
Fox gets six hits against Fallen. Fallen gets two hits against Fox. Those two hits are all Fallen needs against anyone because of the high strength factor, but it's up to the opponant with high agility/speed to hit so quickly in sequence so that Fallen never has a chance. Stat matching comparison. Agility/Defense/Strength vs. Strength.
I probably have that entire explanation completely wrong, but I know one thing. As nice as evasion is, it's nicer to score those hits. ^_~

Remove the miss system? What are you talking about, LE? I increased the evasion system exponentially! Before you would have had about a five percent chance of an attack missing you; its close to... um, lemme see.
*checks Fallen's strike*
Thirty-eight? Blutty Odin... Well, that'd be about seventeen percent or so. Keep in mind that's close to double the average. The good news is that the chance of Fallen getting a Critical against you is a mere six percent. How do you like dem apples?
But seriously, tho', don't challenge Monoceros's. That's just stupid. You're better off against Hrimfaxi's, I'd say. They have lower strike. Just don't fight the 'Hoggs. Their dragonness isn't good mojo with Kama's bestial phenotype.
Too bad there aren't more Basilisks. If some were your level, you'd tear them up. Kama's are the complete superior to a Basilisk (Wind Bestial to Earth Serpentine).
