I have a friend who owns a battling dragon that is on a website that gets almost no visits (TenguMaster), and I was wondering if it would be ok for his Battling Dragon to appear on my page as well as mine without me being accused as having two Battling Dragons.
Uhh...MM, I think that there is still a site out there with 4 or so creatures on it. I know you explained this before in detail, but that is probably why I'm confussed. To much detail in over sized words is not helpful...to me at least. I thought that you said somewhere that if more than one creature was put on a page that they would be deleted autimatically. I know that isn't so because I've had several battles with them in the past and everything was swell and dandy. I just thought I'd bring that up again. If there is something wrong, it's probably my fault.

I also have a question. You see, I have serveral different sites. Am I allowed to put my Hrimfaxi on those other sites too?
1) Multiple dragons on one site (or owned by one person) is illegal. I know there are some people out there who would do this actually be different people, but I can't take that chance or make exceptions, causing deletees to get really mad at me.
2) Displaying one dragon on multiple sites or pages is perfectly legal. Typically, you don't want to put the same creature on the exact same site multiple times due to the IP recognition preventing any bonuses from doing such, but displaying a creature on multiple sites is okay. I myself have my creature on my About Me page on eBay. Took me a while, too, since they disallow imported scripts (but of course I found a way around it ).
3) I said that anyone found having multiple accounts would be deleted immediately upon my discovery. I can't remember what came up, but something stopped the production of my manager script. When I get around to it, I'll make it and take care of them.
Of course, I only delete when one person has multiple creatures. If it is one of those staff things on a site, I just remove the web URL from the users account and ban them from ever including a web site URL ever again for their slight crime.
.... yeah, I think that was everything.

Ummm...the #3 was for me, wasn't it? Yah...uhhh...well, they're still there. I tried to go to there site through the link in their accounts and my computer wasn't very happy. It just had that stupidly annoying little message that comes up saying This program has preformed an illegal operation...blahy ity blah...close details I hate that so much. xD It closes the window and you have to restart. You do know who I'm reffering to though, don't you? I don't like to point out names, but you don't seem to know which people they are. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but it is 2 or 3 nidhogg eggs and a hrimfaxi. I really don't like to be telling you though, because it doesn't have to take much of a brain to figure out that they won't be happy if their accounts with level 6/7 creatures in it are deleted. Lance, Rachelle_Davison, Foshi, and scottd_007
Oh yah, I would like to congradulate you on getting the multiple acccount thing working and displaying. If there is something wrong, it's probably my fault.

What does that mean? Did you mean burring? Did I say somewhere else up there about dying? Oh well. Their accounts are still there. Don't tell them that it was me. I don't think that they even come to the forums. Unless they use different nicknames, I think it is safe to say that they don't. Oh, Minty, if you didn't see how I did it their names are actually there. I put them in black, that way if they do read this they hopefully will skip this part and not realise that it was I who turned them in. About how I said the internet was jamming up, I think that was just my computer. A little while after that it froze up real bad and it wouldn't restart so I just had to push the button. What can I say?If there is something wrong, it's probably my fault.

See Sailor, "barring" someone from something is another way of saying that you are banning them. It's just another quite commonly used term for the same thing.
I remember those people.... I think. They have a big Yoshi fan-page and adopted quite a few creatures. If I recall correctly, they used to have only two creatures, and I think spread on two different servers although technically the same site. I don't remember them getting that many.
Oh well. Like I said, there won't be any deletions until I get my manager script up and running. What's the point of weeding these monkeys out by hand if I can just obliterate them using simple buttons? I want to bar these people from being displayed, not annihilate their accounts. There's a big difference between the two.

There's a difference? Ya learn something new every day.
Hey MintMan, I have one peculiar question for you. You know like, when Health goes to zero, you lose? Well, doesn't that mean that your familiar DIES? If it is dead, then how does it fight again? And also...what do the Herb and Food things for the training mode mean?LieutenantEagle

Herbs and food? That's old school! The original Adoption Game (which was degraded to the training mode I've been meaning to rid of) used Herbs to heal your creature and food to make it live (they got hungry). Of course, that's all more or less depricated as now I have string-based Items, Objects, and Switches (or IOS as they are called in the BD script) which function for everything in the entire game, ridding of any need for individual things like that.
No, your creatures don't die. This is a common misconception in gaming. Health is not how far you have until you die. That would be Life points. Health is an entirely different matter. Zero health translates into a fainted or knocked-out character. That's how it works in D&D. That's how it works in Final Fantasy. That's how it works just about everywhere. That is also why they call the spell Revive instead of something like Resurrection -- you are bringing them back to consiousness, not from death.
I hope that clears things up for you. At one time, I was considering actually devising a way for creatures to croak, but I figured that it would annoy people if something they spent so much time on would simply fade away before they could train it enough.
