Huh? Oh yeah, sure. The only thing I ever mind is when people try to act like they own BD, and yes, that has actually happened before.

Yeah, I get on them like stink on a monkey.

Ok. This is more of an idea than a question, but whatever. I have an idealy sugguestion?! Wow. Um...I shall get on with it already. There should be a link to your stats page on the little thing that goes on your site. I don't know how many times I've been looking right there at a creature and have had to either open a new window or go back and search them just so that I can see their stats. I think that this would be very helpful to everyone, whether or not they can put their own creature on their site. This would also make it easier for people with their creature on their site to check up on their battle progress without having to login. What the fudge?! Fudge is yummy. I just went back and read what I typed. School is very, extremely, not goodly bad! That sounded like the begining to an essay. I need to go to bed.
If there is something wrong, it's probably my fault.

And where would you suggest this link to go? The normal pic is already so crammed full! And those that want to see their battles progress should just log in -- in fact, I demand it! Logging into an account to check progression is one of the only ways that some battles ever come to completion (they run only when viewed, and log-in simulates a view that gives neither player an advantage).

Now, what I should put that I already thought I had is a link to the View Account info right on the challenge page. I thought the name of the foe was a link, but I guess not. I should really change that.

Yah, what you said...I think. I didn't mean that you have to add a new thing of text for a link, you could just have it so that when you click on the name it goes to their stats page. I guess logging in is helpful, but whenever I do I end up messing with the AI and goofing things up, but whatever. I should just stop pushing so many buttons. Yah...

Speaking of weaknesses in people's fighting styles... I see idiots all the time who use Swift Wing in fights against my Nidhogg. I just got done thrashing one that was a level above mine for that very reason... well, that and Zandrohydromana got a critical strike... I still won though.

...I guess this post has little to no relevance whatsoever to anything... but I just had to laugh at their stupidity.

What's wrong with Swift Wing? It increases your speed by twenty-five percent. That means after one use, for every four actions you take, your foe would take five (considering that you have the same speed).

Of course, depending on what was fighting, that could have varying versatility. You're low-level hatchlings, so you have to use Bite. How many of those does it take to bring down another 'Hogg anyway? That could mean a lot.

Now, if that was done before I added the new system, it'd be about worthless. New system, however, makes a lot of difference.

Uh... yeah... I still won though.... I think he tried to use bite first, and then swift wing... which was stupid. I think, anyhow. I've had quite a few people do that, for no particular reason. I haven't posted much lately, so I thought I would make something that was meaninful.

And by meaningful, I mean me laughing at people.. but... well.. yeah.

Oh, Bite then SwiftWing? That's just stupid. He must not have set his AI off of automatic.

Yeah, if you ever use a status modifier, the earlier, the better. Always do it before doing damage. Afflictions are a little harder to go by. You never know if you want to confuse them first or to increase/decrease a status category.

But damage is the last thing you want to think about. That's the smart way to battle, so says Mint Man.

Ah... enlightenment! Of course, it's common sense, but still...

Share more of your acquired knowledge, oh master of the Battling Dragons. My wish is for Fallen to parallel Entropy in skill and become a legend among Dragons. Enlighten us, oh wonder of the ages! Share your knowledge with your subjects so they too may become great! All praise to KeroMint...

  Oh! I've got it:

Win Battle, get hits, destroy opponents.

Yeah... that's the best advice ever for Battling Dragons.

Oh, wait, that's common sense too. Oh well, I'm going to laugh at that idiot some more, then challenge him again... heh heh... this is gonna be cool.... (...I'm gonna lose now, 'cause of all this ranting)

More advice? Uh... lemme think. Well, you have a Monoceros (have you been spelling it Monocerous? It's Greek, so its just Mono [one] + Ceros [horn]), so all you need to do is fight foes with low defense. That shouldn't be a problem since everything within your level range has sucky defense. Tatzelwurm and Basilisk both have pretty high defense, but the developed forms of most creatures are low high into the levels.

Wow, that advice really sucked. I know: try either asking me something or pose a hypothetical sitiation that I can give intelligent recourse to.

Question: What do you do when people relise that they can't beat you and stop challenging you/accepting your challenges? Who do you battle then? I'm running out of suckers that I can actually beat! This is going to also be true for my sister who already passed MM, up in rank. All that I can come up with is to challenge people a level higher with low stats, but that doesn't work so well for hrimfaxis. I've challenge the same person...3 times(about) before the current battle that I'm in. I'm pretty sure that they lost all of their battles against me too. That is pretty sad. Where do I find somebody good to challenge?

Sorry, but that is beyond game mechanics. You either have to wait for people to come up to your rank or sacrifice the chance of winning against a high leveled individual.

I think the no-web-site-needed-for-a-challenge system I am considering on implementing will not only increase potential foes, but it will also increase the levels of other accounts due to the rapidity of battles.

First off, I've fought THREE battles with Fallen now. Guess what? Out of the six Horns that he used, I didn't evade a single one! I mean come on, I can't be THAT unlucky!! And what's up with those new text messages (mortally wounded, moderately wounded, critically injured, etc.)

I can't be that unlucky. Not with 61 Agility.

Thanks anyways MM. Go figure! As soon as I get a website that I can put Artimis on you decide to come out with something that makes it easier for not having one. Perfect sense that is making.
LE, I know the feeling all to well. I've had some battles when I can kick tushy and others when Artimis is on another planet taking a snooze or something. Oh, I sorta like the new thing that says how much damage is done. You forgot brutally damaged and massacured. You should see my sister's battle log, for real!
Another question. I don't really know how this works since I've never really had a website which people could challenge me on until Friday night. If somebody that is at a lower level challenges you do you lose valor and mod points for accepting?
If there is something wrong, it's probably my fault.

  I can answer that one.

If you're challenged by someone of a lower level, you as the higher level opponant will not lose valor if you win the battle. If the lower level guy wins, than he gets a major valor boost. Assuming he wins, of course.

On the flip side, if you were the one challenging the weak guy, and Artimis won, then you would lose valor. But don't worry, if some little shrimp wants to pick on Artimis and you feel she has a chance at winning, let her fight.

After all, your opponant's the one who wants his tail whipped.

Actually, LE, you could be that unlucky. Hrimfaxi has slightly low strike; Monoceros's have slightly raised. That allows them to fair a little better.
And luck or unluck are what make Kamaitachi's; if you're an unlucky person, you'd better switch up your strategy. It's my recommendation that you do not challenge a Monoceros. In fact, I recommend that to anyone. It is just a bad, bad idea.

And what do you mean what is up with those new messages? Didn't you catch the update? I now have a procedure to give more description and flavour to battles. You can now more than simply wound an opponent; you can scratch them, moderately injure them, or my personal favorite, annihilate them. Heh, that one takes a 75% health or more depleting attack to get. I'd think only a Critical Shadow Blast able to achieve such heights.
What I'm really surprised about is some of the messages Monoceros is seeing. You're getting that high of messages with just using Horn? Not Critical or anything? Wow, you're really picking on some low-defense creatures. You're mean.

MM, you've got to be kidding me! I pick battles out for doomstar and they are mostly all one level ahead of here and are eggs. Eggs do not have a low defense. Aurora just is beating to poop out those unfortunate creatures whom are stupid enough to accept challenge to a creature with higher stats just because it is a lower level.
LE, sorry to break it to you, but I don't think Artimis wants her tushy kicked again just yet. Except for in virture, I think it is you out stat me completely. If I did want to battle you I would of challenged you quite a while back, but that McBlur of yours just out stats Artimis. Maybe if she ever catches up I'll challenge you, but until then, no.
Thanks Evenfall. I'm not sure if I understood you with the way that you worded that, but I guess I'll just reread it.
  Thanks everyone!
