Err... may seem stupid but didn't have enough time to search properly, but could someone tell me a little more about Force techs/spells?

1) Google does a better job of searching than I could ever program for this site.

Is it sad that, considering the release notes for 4.5 are not even in the FAQ yet that I have recently been thinking about what version 5.0 would bring? The answer is yes, yes that is sad.
The FAQ pages just need redone in general. I mean, frames?
