i'm thinking of making the ethiopian dream if thats possible. and since all monsters have a strength and weakness how about this...
the ethiopian dream eats poison plants to make its bite and scratches deadlier. how about the highest tolerance to poison degeneration but has a chance of poisoning self when making a poison based attack (chances of poisoning decrease with a high enough stat)

That would be good other than the fact that "strength" and "weakness" simply refers to a monster's in-game stats and nothing of any particular ability.
For example, strong magical attack just means high Arcane, and poor physical defense just means -- you guessed it -- low Defense. That whole strength/weakness thing only exists for potential adopters who know nothing of the game's mechanics and require that things be explained in laymen's terms.

oh well. do new monsters have to use the available skills? is it possible to have a slightly new skill added with a new monster?
