Smileys require whitespace on at least one side to function properly (whitespace, for you non-programmers who aren't down with token lingo, is considered any character which doesn't actually make a character, such as a space, a return, or a tab).
When you run everything together, you confuse the interpeter and it will run everything down in whatever order it checks things for.

I still can't get the evil smile to work. Your smile like that didn't either. Oh yah, I did put a space in front of it and it still doesn't want to work for me. I didn't do it! What I mean is that I didn't break it! It isn't my fault...ok, it probably is my fault, but I didn't do anything to mess it up. A camo smiley... that will decrease the amount of posts by half cause everytime they went to make a post, they would have to see the choice of a camo smiley....*shivers*
Also, yes I am 12, but see, here in FL, the cut-off for schools is the 1st of September, so I am always a year behind everyone of my age... Like SSS, cause she is in 8th and I am in 7th....Also stuck with a stupid comp teacher...
