Find out for yourselfs. I am a very anti-strategy guide sorta guy. I want the surprise and discovery to go back into games.
Truth of the matter is that knowing when will not make it come any sooner. If you want to know that badly, you can sorta look around at the other Tatzelwurms, but for the most part, these sorts of things stay in the shadows.
That, or read the FAQ. It more or less tells you in there.
