In Myth:
The Wyvern is a classification of dragon. It has only wings and two legs -- located either in the regular location of the front or hindlegs. It is quite often depicted with a stinger, much like that of a scorpion, or a barbed tail.
Although it came to be synonymous with pestilence and war, the original Wyvern was a symbol of healing and enlightenment. Its breath was that of life, and it was noted for its intelligence and magical abilities. Later, it became a ferocious monster, quick to anger and bringer of pestilence.
Wyvern comes from the French word for "viper."
Do you think Wyvern would make a good addition to Battling Dragons?

Wyvern
Why isn't the wyvern in Battling Dragons? It would fit perfectly, with poison attacks and awsome magical attacks!! Reply

Re: Wyvern
It is in Battling Dragons, technically, but only as a Bonus-Monster.
I think it has a problem coming up with that dreaded Third Spell. It prolly could pad itself out with three spells, but then it would have more goody-two-shoe spells than the kind it should prolly have. That, and laziness. Always laziness... Reply
