Whowie

In Myth:
Whowie is an enormous monster with a voracious appetite. It lived in burrows, and would attach cities, swallowing many men whole for a single meal. It had a very peculiar appearance, with a long, serpentine body and segmented legs.
The Whowie could also control the rain, bringing floods or droughts to those who did not bring it tribute, typically a human meal.

Future Development:
Enough stories and description exist for the Whowie to receive at least one other form, but its artist is one of the most reclusive in all of Battling Dragons.
