The Urus is described as being the size of a bull with two long, jagged horns protruding from its head which it could use to cut down trees. When it drank seawater, it would become intoxicated such that it would get its horns entangled in the earth or growth, allowing it to be captured.  It is suspected that the Urus is an exaggeration of the auroch.
