In Myth:
The Lynx is an animal which bestiaries say has vision so keen that it can see through solid objects. Its eyes glowed brightly, piercing too the darkest night. It was said to represent the omniscience of God.
The Lynx always has a spotted body and head of a wolf, but its body can vary. Sometimes, it will have the body of panther or big cat; other times, its body, too, will be a wolf's.
A rather peculiar trait the Lynx exhibited was possessing urine that solidified when exposed to air. It would harden into a precious stone called Lyncronium, which appeared much like amber. The Lynx was said to cover its urine with dust alternately to hasten the solidification or to hide it from humans.
The Lynx of bestiaries should not be confused with the real life lynx. They are in fact very separate from one another despite the same name.

Future Development:
The Lynx does not have much potential for technique expansion. I would also assume that most would have a problem with the primary, special weapon of the Lynx -- its urine. However, a younger form has been planned for it, which is essentially a cuter, stumpier version of the current adult stage.
