In Myth:
In medieval bestiaries, the entry for the bullock also told of the bulls inhabiting the distant lands collectively called India. These bulls varied from the ones in Europe as they had a tawny, brownish-yellow hide so thick that weapons could not pierce it. It also possessed horns it could turn in any direction.
So wild was this creature that if it was ever captured or tamed, it would breathe furiously and gore itself using its own movable horns.
